I had my horse in this barn when I lived in Kelowna, BC. I can't remember the name of this horse, but I thought she was a pretty mare. I liked the morning light as she looked out her stall door.

In fall 2007, I participated in a workshop given by the wonderful equine artist, Valerie Hinz. My favorite subjects are horses and other animals, but also landscapes and still life. I am facinated by light and colour.
