Autumn in Toronto and my dog Jade and I went for a walk by the nearby Humber River. This fall, the colours wern't as intense as in other years but it was still majestic in spots.

- I am a self taught artist, having a background as a sign painter and taken a number of courses in fine art in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia and in Toronto. In fall 2007, I participated in a workshop given by the wonderful equine artist, Valerie Hinz. My favorite subjects are horses and other animals, but also landscapes and still life. I am facinated by light and colour.
